By accessing and using SkyScore ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
SkyScore is a gamification platform that analyzes your Bluesky social media activity to calculate a score, unlock achievements, and display rankings on a global leaderboard. The Service uses publicly available data from your Bluesky account.
3. User Accounts
To use SkyScore, you must authenticate with your Bluesky account using an App Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to manipulate or game the scoring system
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SkyScore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SkyScore be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
